If aligned, we schedule an Initial Fit Call.
During the call, we discuss goals, general investment expectations, and scheduling considerations.
If appropriate, we schedule an On-Site Consultation.

Estimating Structure

Accurate estimating requires detailed scope evaluation and coordination across trades.

We offer two estimating paths depending on your timeline needs:

Preliminary Estimate
A complimentary estimate delivered within our current estimating capacity. This option does not include a guaranteed turnaround timeline.
Priority Estimate
A paid estimating option that includes a guaranteed proposal delivery timeline and dedicated estimating allocation. Priority estimating fees vary based on project scope and are credited toward the project if approved.
